Current Ship Times
Retail orders ship within 14-20 business days.
Wholesale orders ship within 3-4 weeks. Local customers have the option of picking up their purchase. If you are picking up, do not pay thru paypal because you will be charged shipping. Use the credit card payment so I can deduct the shipping charges back off your bill. Just say you are picking up in the notes section on the shopping cart. If you are having your order shipped, it is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance. Ugly Duckling Designs is not responsible for any damages, once your order leaves our hands. We pack everything securely, but can not be held responsible for rough handling during shipping.

We do not refund orders and ALL SALES ARE FINAL because everything is made to order, just for you.

There will be a 25% restocking fee on all cancelled retail orders. We do not accept cancellations on wholesale/dropship orders due to our products being made fresh & to your specifications when your order is placed. Thank you.
